Card Sharing and License
MathWishes cards are made to be shared! When you purchase a digital birthday card, you're welcome to send it to someone special, print it, or post it on your personal social media - including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. We simply ask that you respect the artwork and not sell it or use it to create a collection of free or paid greeting cards for others.

1. Your Personal-Use License
When you purchase a MathWishes digital card, MathWishes grants you a nonexclusive license to download, save, print, and share that card for personal, noncommercial purposes, subject to the conditions below.
You may send your purchased card to other people as a birthday greeting or personal message, electronically or in printed form. You may share the card with multiple personal recipients, and those recipients may save and enjoy the copy you send them.
You may also post the card on your personal social media accounts, including Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram.
You may make reasonable technical adjustments, such as resizing, cropping, or changing the file format, to accommodate personal sharing or printing, provided you do not deliberately remove or obscure the copyright notice.
2. Sharing on Social Media
MathWishes welcomes personal social-media posts featuring your purchased card, including birthday greetings, personal messages, and other noncommercial posts.
You're also welcome to share links to MathWishes products or save and share official watermarked previews.
Posting your purchased card on personal social media is allowed, even if other people can view or save the image. You are not responsible under this license merely because a social media platform allows viewers to download or save an image you've lawfully posted.
However, permission to post a card for personal sharing does not include permission to distribute our artwork as a collection or source of reusable greeting cards for the general public.
For example:

Posting a MathWishes card on Pinterest or Facebook with a birthday greeting is permitted.

Posting a card on your personal Pinterest board because you enjoy the design is permitted.

Creating a Pinterest account, website, or collection intended to provide MathWishes cards as free alternatives to purchasing them is not permitted.
When sharing publicly, a mention of MathWishes or a link to the MathWishes shop is appreciated, but this is not required.
3. Uses That Are Not Permitted
Without separate written permission from MathWishes, you may not:

Sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute a MathWishes card or its artwork, including modified versions.

Publish or distribute purchased card files as a library, catalog, collection, or other resource intended to provide reusable greeting cards to the public, whether free or paid.

Offer MathWishes artwork as a separate digital product, downloadable card collection, or substitute for purchasing the original designs.

Use MathWishes artwork in merchandise, advertising, commercial publications, or other commercial products.

Remove, conceal, or intentionally alter the MathWishes copyright notice.

Use MathWishes artwork to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence models, or knowingly submit it to a service for that purpose without permission.
These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary personal sharing, gifting, printing, or social-media posting as described in Sections 1 and 2.
4. Copyright and Ownership
MathWishes retains its copyright and other applicable intellectual-property rights in its original artwork.
Purchasing a card grants permission to use it as described in this license. It does not transfer copyright ownership or grant permission for uses beyond those expressly allowed.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MathWishes, subject to applicable law.

If you'd like to use a MathWishes design for a purpose not covered here, please contact MathWishes to request permission.
MathWishes wants you to enjoy sharing your birthday cards while helping protect the original artwork that makes MathWishes possible.
